James Malinchak Everything That Is Productive And Profitable Is Running On A System

By Liam Martin

Everything that is profitable and productive operates on a system. This is something which I acquired from Bill Glazer after I spoke in an event for him years back that changed my life. He taught me the 3 business lessons you should learn from McDonalds. McDonalds? Yes. Everything at Mickey D's operates on a system from how long they cook the fries to which ads go out to what time the doors are open. I mean that is all in the system. I believe you even visit Hamburger University should you work there if I am not mistaken. It's all based on a system.

Therefore, for your business to be productive, you need to begin mapping out the systems to get things done fast. Knowing me, I'm all about speed as well as implementation. By speed, I don't mean the drug! If you have a system, you could be so much more productive in your business. Search for systems; buy systems; put your workers on systems. Then, you could make more income because you will have more time and less waste of merchandise, resources, as well as time.

Another tip is generating multiple income streams which are very valuable. In addition, how does McDonalds manage multiple income streams? This is a small side note. Anyone know how McDonalds, the core of their money or where it comes from is real estate. Are you aware, they're a real estate company? It's not their Happy Meals. You have got to sell a a lot of Happy Meals to produce a million bucks, so McDonald's is also a real estate company.

Therefore, what else can your business do to obtain multiple streams on income? Are you able to sell or own another side business? Are you able to figure out many different ways to generate income into your business? If you can't determine this by yourself, then start seeking a mentor right away who knows this things like I actually do! I understand that my clients appreciate it when I am able to see the path for multiple streams of income for them, so figure it out for yourself or employ someone to help you out!

Let me ask you this, and I do hope you don't know the answer. When you enter the store at McDonald's restaurant, what's one thing you can never find? The proprietor. But who makes all the money? Should the owner be there sweeping floors? No, he is not there, and no he shouldn't be there. So why are you at your business in the evening? So why are you sweeping the floors in the evening? So why are you not thinking like a proprietor of your business? Consider that.

The proprietor is one thing you can never find other than sponges in the bathroom. Why? Because if the proprietor is not there doing that things, the owner can get someone to do that for 10 bucks or 15 bucks an hour. But who makes all of the money? The proprietor. Therefore, begin taking these three things into account. Get on a systemized program, figure out multiple streams of revenue, and quit doing stuff that you are able to employ someone for less money to do those things for you, so that you are free to work on more profitable part of the business! Those are the three things that changed my life when I learned these things years ago.
