You always have to say that you have to have it before you will have it. See, people say, "You know, once I hit 100,000 bucks or once I hit $1,000,000, then I can change some things to be a more professional business person. For example, then, I will employ an assistant." No. You have to have it before you will have it simply like you have to say it before you have it. You have to have that assistant in position if you wish to get to the next stage. You have got to begin acting just like a $1,000,000 business entrepreneur now before you ever have it. That's my whole idea. You have to have it before you will have it.

Basically want to have a $10,000,000 company and then eventually grow to a $100,000,000 like I want to do. Then, I have to be putting everything in place right now as if I were a $100,000,000 company. I have a COO. I've got somebody who runs all of this operational stuff. By the way, we're not even close to a $100,000,000 company, not even close. However, if that is my goal, I have to make decisions from where I want to be not from where I currently am at in my business. Where I am currently and all of the decisions, habits, as well as actions just led me to this point. To go higher, I have to be ready to play at a higher-level.

If you're at the $100,000 level, when you want to go to $1,000,000 which I would like you to do, and you can do, you need to learn the strategies that I am instructing you on in this article. Then you have to begin acting just like a $1,000,000 person would act. A $1,000,000 entrepreneur would not be doing a large amount of the $10 an hour work that you are currently doing. I've got a rule that can help you. Do not do anything that you could pay somebody $10 to $100 an hour to do for you.

For instance, if you wish to be considered a millionaire entrepreneur, you are not likely to be sticking stamps with an envelope. You will get somebody for $10 an hour to do that type of meet your needs. You aren't likely to be cleaning up the sidewalk outside of your business. Bring in help else to do it. You have to shift how you think about what you do.

See, as a millionaire entrepreneur, the way you are planning is you ought to be thinking about going out and getting customers and clients, and that is it. Hire out all that other stuff. Make decisions from where you want to be in your business. Provide the services that are at a higher level and make the money you wish to earn.
